If you buy a cutting machine, you have to take good care of it, otherwise if it goes on strike, the production line will have to stop. Daily maintenance is not difficult, just a few points:
Before starting up, check if there are any debris around the machine, if the cutting board and die are deformed, and if the hydraulic oil is sufficient. After turning on, listen for any strange noises from the motor and oil pump, and feel if the temperature is normal. After shutting down, remember to clean the machine thoroughly to prevent oil stains from accumulating.
I need to clean thoroughly once a month, open the fuel tank cap, remove the filter screen, wash it with diesel, and then blow dry and reinstall it. The oil pipe joints should also be tightened to prevent oil leakage. Every three months, add some oil to the lubrication system and lubricate the upper and lower limit mechanisms, so that the machine is "smooth".
Conduct a major inspection every six months to check whether the electrical circuits are aging, whether the indicator lights and emergency stop switches are working properly. The hydraulic oil must be changed once a year, the old oil must be drained, the oil tank must be cleaned, and then new oil must be poured in.
