If the hydraulic flat cutting machine goes on strike, the production line may shut down directly. Daily maintenance is actually not difficult, remember a few key points.
Recruitment: Check frequently. Before starting work every day, check whether the screws are loose, whether the oil pipes and wires are leaking oil or electricity. After work, clean the surface of the machine, especially the cutting die and pressure plate, to prevent debris from getting stuck.
Second move: Change the oil and filter element. Hydraulic oil can become dirty over time, affecting pressure. It is recommended to change the oil once a year and also replace the filter element to ensure smooth oil flow. When changing the oil, remember to clean up the impurities that have settled at the bottom of the fuel tank.
The third move: adjust the knife mold. When replacing the die, first loosen the setting handwheel to allow the pressure plate to slowly adhere to the die, and then tighten the screws. When the heights of the cutting dies are different, they should be reset to avoid insufficient or excessive pressure.
Additionally, do not pile up debris on the machine and maintain ventilation; When not in use for a long time, remove the knife mold and apply some rust proof oil. The maintenance is done well, and the machine has been in use for ten or eight years without any problems, saving a lot of maintenance costs.
