In the design process of cutting machine mechanical products, the following three aspects need to be analyzed and calculated.
(1) Motion analysis and calculation. Based on the motion that the machine or mechanism should achieve, the reasonable transmission system of the machine or mechanism is determined by the principles of kinematics, and suitable mechanisms or components are selected to ensure the achievement of the predetermined action and meet the requirements of the machine or mechanism in terms of motion.
(2) Structural design, strength analysis and calculation. Based on the requirements of strength, stiffness, etc., determine the reasonable basic dimensions of each component, carry out reasonable structural design, so that it can withstand the specified load during operation, and meet the requirements of strength and stiffness.
(3) Analysis and calculation of geometric accuracy. After determining the basic dimensions of the parts, it is necessary to perform rice degree calculations to determine the assembly accuracy of each component of the product and the geometric parameter tolerances of the parts.
