The debugging steps for the precision four column cutting machine are to prepare the machine placement position. Before placing the machine with three-phase power supply anti-wear hydraulic oil (purchased brands such as Great Wall, Shell, etc.), spare rubber pads should be placed at the machine feet and the machine foot screws should be fixed. Install two spare brackets. Open the cover plate in the middle of the machine with an internal hexagonal screwdriver and use anti-wear hydraulic oil. After the machine is powered on (three live wires and one ground wire), turn on the power switch of the machine, turn on the oil pump working switch, and immediately turn off the power switch; The staff faces the motor fan blades and checks whether the motor fan blades rotate clockwise or counterclockwise. It must rotate clockwise. If the motor fan blades rotate counterclockwise, in the event of a power outage, simply adjust the position of any live wire. Preheat the machine, adjust the cutting depth to the off setting switch, move the setting handle downwards to the middle position and fix it, press the cutting button with both hands, and move the machine more than ten times to preheat. Place a pallet (a movable wooden board, white upward) on the workbench, and place a nylon pad (the size of the pad is the same as the workbench) on the pallet, with the pad located in the middle position; Place the cutting die in the middle of the cushion plate, with the cutting edge facing downwards. After placement, push the pallet into the machine worktable, with the edge of the pallet perfectly aligned with the edge of the machine worktable. Release the setting handle (rotate the handle counterclockwise) and turn on the setting switch. At this point, the machine descends to press down on the knife mold, cushion plate, and pallet. Move the setting handle up and down a few times to prevent the setting from not coming down. Tighten the setting handle clockwise and turn off the setting switch. Drag out the pallet and place the material (waste material) under the cutting die (with the cutting edge facing the material), then push the pallet into the workbench, with the edge of the pallet aligned with the edge of the workbench. At this point, it is necessary to check the cutting depth, otherwise it will damage the cutting die. Press the cutting button above the machine with both hands, and after cutting, drag out the pallet to see if the material has been cut. If there is no cutting, adjust the cutting depth slightly, adjust a scale and try cutting again to see the effect; Not cut yet, adjust another scale and try cutting again; There is still one point left uncut, adjust the scale by half and try cutting again. Only adjust the scale by half when it is just cut off. Remember to only fine tune the cutting depth. Warning: Staff must not put their hands into the workbench at any time!
