1. Knife mold adaptability
Prioritize the "automatic tool alignment" function, which automatically compensates for the height of the blade after wear and tear to avoid incomplete cutting.
Alien knife molds (such as cartoon patterns) need to be customized. Please confirm in advance whether the manufacturer can provide CAD drawing services.
2. Pressure control accuracy
For hydraulic models, look at the "pressure regulating valve". Step by step adjustment is more precise than knob adjustment, with pressure fluctuations ≤ 1%.
Mechanical models look at the "flywheel inertia", the greater the inertia, the less likely it is to get stuck when cutting thick materials.
3. Safety protection
Two hand button start: Both buttons must be pressed simultaneously to work, preventing hands from accidentally entering the knife.
Infrared grating: automatically stops when foreign objects are detected, more sensitive than traditional safety nets.
4. Consumable costs
Mold Material: Aluminum alloy molds have a lifespan five times longer than wooden molds, making them more cost-effective in the long run.
Hydraulic oil: Replace it every six months. Poor quality oil can cause the sealing ring to age, and oil leakage repair costs thousands.
5. After sales response
Priority should be given to local services, with on-site visits within 4 hours of equipment failure, which is three times faster than remote guidance.
Before signing the contract, it is required to demonstrate operations such as "pressure calibration" and "tool mold replacement" to avoid purchasing refurbished machines.
