1. If the oil level in the oil tank of the four column hydraulic cutting machine is insufficient, add oil and increase the oil tank;

2. Set the pressure too high and adjust it appropriately;

3. If the components of the unloading circuit such as overflow valves, unloading valves, and pressure relays are not working properly, correct the abnormal operation of each component;

4. Valves with high leakage and short unloading time should not be repaired with large-sized valves;

5. It is necessary to install a cooler. The capacity of the cooler is insufficient, the cooler is faulty, the inlet valve is not working properly, the water volume is insufficient, and the automatic oil temperature adjustment device is faulty. Install the cooler, increase the size of the cooler, repair the cooler's faults, repair the valves, increase the water volume, and repair the temperature control device;

6. Do not change the circuit by overflow valve during high pressure small flow and low pressure large flow, use unloading valve and variable pump;

7. If the capacity of the cutting machine's accumulator is insufficient or there is a malfunction, replace the accumulator with a larger one and repair it;

8. The component settings of the unloading circuit are inappropriate, and the unloading time is short. Re adjust and extend the unloading time;

9. Due to low viscosity or pump malfunction, the internal leakage of the pump has increased, causing the temperature of the pump casing to rise. Oil change, repair, or replace the hydraulic pump;

10. The structure of the cutting machine oil tank is unreasonable, and the structure is improved to make the temperature rise around the oil tank uniform.
