5、 In order to avoid the risk of electric shock in the cutting machine, the grounding terminal must be reliably grounded during use, and attention should be paid to keeping hands dry and requiring relevant professionals to operate

6、 Before pressing the machine, make sure that the pressure plate fully covers the cutting die. It is forbidden for personnel to approach the machine and move the pressure area horizontally. Please turn off the motor when leaving the machine.

7、 The hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced after about one quarter of use, especially for new machine oil, which requires high attention. After installation or oil change of the new machine, it is necessary to clean the oil net thoroughly after about one month of use. And when replacing hydraulic oil, the oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned.

8、 When the machinery starts working, the oil problem must be controlled within a certain range before operation. If the temperature of the oil is too low, the oil pump needs to continue working for a certain period of time. Only when the oil temperature reaches 10 ℃ (50 ° F) can the oil pump exert its efficiency.

9、 Do not loosen any terminal nut, otherwise it may be due to poor contact between the motor and electrical wiring, resulting in phase loss operation and the possibility of burning and material damage.
